Ingredients
- 1 organic lime
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 200 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml simple syrup
- Tonic water to top up
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
Squeeze the lime juice into a glass and add the cane sugar and mint leaves. Pour lemon juice and simple syrup, then top up with tonic water.
Virgin Caipi
Ingredients
- 1 organic lime
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- Ginger Ale to top up
- Crushed Ice
Preparation
Squeeze the lime into a glass and add cane sugar. Crush them together. Add crushed ice and top up with ginger ale.
Virgin Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 70 g yoghurt
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients (except ice) together. Pour the mixture over ice in a glass. Decorate with a pineapple slice.
Non-Alcoholic Hugo
Ingredients
- 200 ml elderflower syrup
- 150 ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- 1 organic lime
- Soda water to top up
- Mint
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Squeeze half a lime into a glass. Slice the other half for garnish and place it on the rim of the glass. Add syrup, mint, and ice cubes. Stir well and top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and soda water.

CRANBERRY MUSE
Ingredients
- 16 g Muse
- 300 ml Lemonade
- 300 ml Cranberry juice
- 20 g Agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Orange zest
Instructions
Add 1 liter of cold water to 16 g of tea and leave to infuse for 4 hours at room temperature. Then, strain through a sieve over ice cubes, add the remaining ingredients, and garnish the glass with orange zest. Ready to drink!
HERBAL BREEZE
Ingredients
- 16 g Top of the Day
- 30 – 40 g Agave syrup
- Sparkling water to fill up
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Lemongrass & mint
Instructions
Pour 500 ml of water (100 °C) over 16 g of tea and infuse for 5 minutes. Then, strain through a sieve, add agave syrup, stir well, and leave to cool. Top up the drink with sparkling water and garnish with lemongrass and mint if desired. Enjoy!
ICED MATCHA LATTE
Ingredients
- 2 g Shinto Matcha
- 140 ml Milk of your choice
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Sieve 2 g of Matcha powder into a bowl and add 60 ml of water (70 °C). Whisk with a chasen until frothy. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and milk. Available at our tea bar in-store too!
ICED STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE
Ingredients
- 2 g Shinto Matcha
- 140 ml Milk of your choice
- 100 g Fresh organic strawberries
- Ice cubes
Instructions
Puree the strawberries. Sieve 2 g of Matcha powder into a bowl and add 60 ml of water (70 °C). Whisk with a chasen until frothy. Fill a glass with the strawberry puree, add milk and ice cubes, and finally add the matcha. Enjoy!
MATCHA LEMONADE
Ingredients
- 3 g Shinto Matcha
- 150 ml Lemonade
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Lime slices
Instructions
Sift 3 g of Matcha powder through a sieve and whisk it into 150 ml of water (70 °C) until frothy. Top up the matcha with lemonade, add ice cubes, and serve with lime slices to finish. Enjoy!
PERFECT SPARKLER
Ingredients
- 16 g Perfect Day
- Sparkling grape juice to top up (or grape juice and sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Peach slices
Instructions
Pour 500 ml of water (80 °C) over 16 g of tea and infuse for 5 minutes. Then, strain through a sieve and leave to cool. Place ice cubes in a glass, pour in the tea, and top up with sparkling grape juice. Finally, garnish with peach slices. Ready to drink!
WHITE LAGOON
Ingredients
- 25 g Pu Er Bai Ya
- 150 ml White grape juice
- Ice cubes
- Decoration: Rosemary & blueberries
Instructions
Pour 1 liter of cold water over 25 g of tea and leave to infuse for 4 hours at room temperature. Then, strain through a sieve over ice cubes and top up with grape juice. Garnish with rosemary and blueberries. Enjoy!
